about me

Hi, I'm Amanda.

It took me five different therapists to finally find the one who made me feel safe. And you know what happened next? I found the courage, strength, and willingness to confront the hurts that had been quietly shaping my life. That’s when the real healing began.

Let's be real—life is hard. Experiencing trauma is one of the toughest parts of being human. Our bodies and minds do everything they can to suppress, ignore, and push down the pain, often without us even realizing it. Like many of you, I spent years living this way—until the questions started to emerge.

Why do my emotions feel so intense when my partner does X? Why do I dread the holidays, even though I love my family? Why does life feel unfulfilled, like something’s missing? Or, why do I struggle to make changes, like leaving a job that doesn’t bring me joy, or finding the kind of love I know I deserve?

If any of this feels familiar, I get it. You're not alone in asking these questions. I’ve been there, and I know how it feels to want more—more peace, more fulfillment, more control, and more connection. And I'm here to help you figure out how to get there.

Healing starts with feeling safe. Safe to be yourself. Safe to ask hard questions. Safe to face emotions that might have been buried for years. And most importantly, safe to make real changes. That’s where I come in.

Just like my therapist did for me, I’ll guide you gently but surely toward a deeper understanding of yourself, help you create lasting solutions, and support you as you begin to live the life you want—one of peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
