Sherry D’Andrea, LPC
Sherry works with adults who feel stuck in people-pleasing, shame, or over-responsibility, often shaped by early relational trauma. Many of her clients have tried therapy or personal growth work but still feel heavy, anxious, or self-critical. Through deep, body-based trauma work, clients begin to feel lighter, more grounded, more compassionate toward themselves, and able to set healthier boundaries that last.
Speciality: Helping adults release shame and people-pleasing so change can actually last.
